In ancient China, these rolls were consumed at the beginning of Spring, coinciding with the Chinese New Year and the beginning of the planting season, as a symbol of renewal and plentiful harvests.

To maintain the tradition, we make them every day, always giving equal importance to the colour, aroma and taste of each of the recipes.
