Vegan Asian Gyozas filled with fresh vegetables and Chinese mushrooms.

GYOZAS: Filling (58%): cabbage (39%), spring onion (8%), vegetable oils (soy and sesame), vegetable oil (canola), corn starch, wheat fibre, salt, acidulants (potassium lactate and sodium diacetate), natural aroma, sugar, cultivated Chinese mushrooms (Lentinula edodes), cultivated black mushrooms (Auricularia polytricha) and ground ginger. Pastry (42%): wheat flour, water, wheat gluten and salt. SOY SAUCE STICK (16 g): water, soy, wheat, salt.

PREPARATION

Microwave: Remove the chopsticks and the sauce. Gently open the film from the opposite end and pour one packet of soy sauce and one tablespoon of water into the gyoza container. Microwave for 1 minute on high power.
